At Rescue Spa, we strive to ensure your skincare journey is seamless; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship to Rescue Spa

  Affix the provided return label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
